Echelon Auto Studio is a mobile detailing business operating in Beckley, West Virginia. These terms cover this website, booking requests made through it, and the text messages we send.

Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm every booking with you directly before it is locked in, including the service, the vehicle, the time and the price. Prices depend on the condition and size of the vehicle, so a quote given before we see it is an estimate.

Let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule. We work outdoors and on-site, so weather or access problems occasionally force us to move an appointment; we will always contact you when that happens.

If you check the SMS box on our booking form, tell us on a call that we can text you, or text our business number first, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment, and we will reach you another way. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying a service.

We treat every vehicle as if it were ours and we tell you what is realistic before we start. Detailing improves a finish; it does not undo every scratch, dent, or prior repair. If something about the result is not what we agreed on, tell us and we will make it right.
