When you request a booking or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, vehicle details, the service you want, and anything you write in the notes. We do not collect payment information through this site.

We use your information to schedule and deliver your detail, to reach you about that appointment, and to answer questions you send us. If you checked the SMS box on our booking form, we also text you about your booking and our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our service, such as customer service or scheduling providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You opt in to SMS by checking the optional consent box on our booking form, by telling us on a call that we can text you, or by texting our business number first. Consent is never a condition of booking a service, and you can submit the form without opting in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We honor opt-outs immediately.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as scheduling and messaging platforms, and only so they can perform that work for us.

Information travels over encrypted connections and is stored on secured third-party platforms with access limited to authorized people. We keep it only as long as we need it to serve you or as the law requires.
