Gtechniq Certified — From $300

Ceramic coating.Protection that lasts.

A ceramic coating is a hardened layer of silica bonded to your clear coat. It does what wax promises and cannot deliver: years of UV protection, chemical resistance against bird droppings and road salt, and a slick surface that sheds dirt and water. Echelon is a certified Gtechniq installer, which means every coating we apply carries the manufacturer's warranty.

4-year $300. 8-year $600. Lifetime $900. Paint correction is priced separately and almost always recommended first.

Three coating tiers

The 4-year coating is the right call for a leased vehicle or a daily driver you plan to replace. The 8-year coating suits most owners who keep their vehicles. The lifetime coating is for the truck or car you intend to keep, and it is our most-booked option.

All three are Gtechniq chemistry, applied panel by panel under our own lighting so high spots are caught before they cure.

Why correction comes first

A coating locks in whatever is underneath it. Swirls, water spots, and oxidation do not disappear under ceramic. They get sealed in for years. That is why we inspect the paint and recommend a one-step or two-step correction before coating whenever the finish needs it.

On a new vehicle straight from the dealer, a light one-step is often enough to remove dealer-wash marring.

Living with a coated vehicle in West Virginia

Winter salt on Route 19 and I-64, spring pollen, and summer sun are exactly what a coating is built for. Washing gets easier and faster. Brake dust rinses off wheels. You still wash the vehicle, just far less often and with far less effort.

We walk you through aftercare on the day of installation and can schedule a maintenance detail to keep the warranty in good standing.

FAQ

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Can a ceramic coating be applied outdoors?
Yes, with the right conditions. We work under our own lighting and avoid rain and direct heat. If the forecast is wrong for coating work, we reschedule rather than risk the result.
How long does installation take?
Plan on a full day for a coating with paint correction. A coating on already-corrected paint can be done in a half day. The coating then needs to cure, so no washing for the first week.
Is the warranty real?
Yes. Gtechniq backs its coatings when they are installed by a certified installer and maintained as directed. We register your coating and give you the aftercare guide.
